VCC Fund Singapore

vccfund.com.sg is the English-language VCC practice guide in the Xiaopoxian knowledge network's HNW & Private Banking cluster. It is written for people who will actually file on the VCC Portal, appoint service providers and keep a VCC compliant: fund managers, single family offices and the lawyers, accountants, administrators and corporate service providers who advise them.

The site covers the laws that apply to a VCC (the VCC Act 2018, the VCC Regulations 2020, the Securities and Futures Act and MAS Notice VCC-N01), the incorporation and re-domiciliation steps, the role of each service provider, official fees and recurring cost categories, the fund tax schemes, the annual compliance calendar and the single-family-office route. Figures carry a unit, a currency, a date and a source, and the sources page lists every document relied on.

What this site does not do: it is not a fund manager, corporate service provider, law firm, accounting firm or tax adviser. It does not incorporate or file for anyone, recommend managers or service providers, quote market service fees, or promise registration times, licences, bank accounts or tax-incentive awards. Registration with ACRA does not mean ACRA or MAS has assessed a fund.

Division of labour within the network: vccfund.sg is the Chinese-language VCC hub and covers comparisons with offshore vehicles and the interplay with PPLI and trusts; hnwsolution.com.sg (English) and hnwsolution.sg (Chinese) place family offices within wider HNW planning, including private banking and trusts; hnwi.sg covers passes and landing in Singapore; ppli.com.sg covers private placement life insurance, including policies connected to family offices and VCCs. This site covers only Singapore onshore vehicles; offshore comparisons, PPLI and trusts are linked rather than repeated. The Chinese pages on this site are summaries of the English pages.
